Footnotes:
1) See task “32/5. Terminal assignments”. Column B specifies if the terminal is restricted to a single division or allowed to work with all divisions. If this terminal is restricted to a single division, then the orders that are not assigned to that division will not be allowed. If this terminal allows all divisions then any order # will be allowed.
2) See Software maintenance task “32/9 Subtask password maintenance”. Uncomment the line for JOBTRK’TIME to require a password when date/time fields are changed.
3) These are special fields that point to existing fields on the Order Entry shipping screen. Which fields are used is controlled in task “32/6. Job tracking options” for the parameter names shown next to the field.
4) This is the pickup number from the original pickup that brought the job materials into the shop. This will fill itself in automatically if the pickup rule assigned to this shipment method (field 15) has a “P” in its field “06. JT Rules”. See task “23. Pickup rules” field “06. JT Rules”.
5) Ship via must be one of the shipment methods that has a delivery rule assigned. See task “32/3. Shipment methods” and task “21. Delivery rules”.
6) These fields are controlled by the delivery rule assigned to the shipment method used for this order. Use Task “21. Delivery rules” to specify which fields are allowed, or required and what the field labels should be. Columns 2 and 3 in the table above show which delivery rule field number applies to the job tracking header entry screen field.
7) See the task “32/6 Job Tracking options” parameter named TRACK’DLVAMT. There can be a default delivery amount for every order. It can be an actual amount or just a minimum amount.
8) See task 32/6. Job tracking options to specify special departments that must be included in every order or need some special action.
9) See task “21. Delivery Rules” fields 13 and 14 to specify a different delivery department code for each shipment method (if needed). If the dept code in the delivery rule is left blank then the parameterINI’DELIVERY’DPT from task “32/6. Job tracking options” will be used.
10) See task “32/6. Job tracking options” to specify which character will be displayed and printed for open/closed and active departments. It is unwise to change these after tracked orders have already been created.
11) See task 21. Delivery Rules, Field “05. Allow Slip” for the delivery rule that is assigned to the shipment method used for this order. It says if delivery slips are allowed or required.
12) See task “32/6. Job tracking options” parameter name INI’ASK’CASHIER to specify if new orders should prompt for the cashier #.

2) See task “32/5. Terminal assignments”. Column A specifies if the terminal is restricted to a single department or allowed to work with all departments. If this terminal is restricted to a single department, then the cursor will automatically go to the first occurrence of that dept in the dept list. If this terminal allows all departments then the operator must manually move the cursor to select the desired department.
3) See Software maintenance task “32/9 Subtask password maintenance”. Uncomment the line for JOBTRK’TIME to require a password when date/time fields are changed.
4) See task “32/2. Department codes”. This table has an “invoice rule” (column C) for each dept code to say if the dept must be active or closed before the order can be invoiced. If every department on this order satisfies its own invoice rule, then “F6=Invoice this order” will be displayed and allowed.

Footnotes:
1) Recurring pickups automatically add themselves back the next day. See task “32/6. Job tracking options”. Set INI’PICKUP’SCREEN=R to allow recurring pickups, otherwise this line on the screen will be blank.
2) See task “32/6. Job tracking options”. Set INI’PICKUP’METHOD to specify the default pickup method for new pickups.
3) These fields are controlled by the pickup rule assigned to the shipment method used for this order. Use Task “23. Pick-up rules” to specify which fields are allowed, or required and what the field labels should be. Columns 2 and 3 in the table above show which pick-up rule field number applies to the pickup entry field.
4) After all entries/changes are made to the pickup, the program will check the pickup rules to see what to do next. If the pickup is ready for an order it can jump directly to order entry and open an order for this pickup. Use Task “23. Pick-up rules” field # “3. When ready” to specify the conditions that make a pickup “ready” for an order and use field # “4. Open Order” to specify what pickup entry should do when the pickup is “ready”.
5) See Task “23. Pick-up rules” field # “4. Open order” to specify if F3 is allowed to jump to order entry. If this rule does not contain a “3” then the F3 prompt will not appear on the pickup entry screen.
