Ship-back Document Messages

Up to 5 lines of messages can be added to the Ship-back document.   Each line has a maximum of 60 characters.   To add/change message, go to:

• Purchase Order (Module 7)
  • System Management Functions (Task 32)
    • Modify Parameter Files (Sub-task 22)
      • Shipper Entry (Option 4)
        • Look for the following parameters:
          • SHP'MSG'LINE'1=
          • SHP'MSG'LINE'2=

          • SHP'MSG'LINE'3=

          • SHP'MSG'LINE'4=

          • SHP'MSG'LINE'5=

Also Note the Header on the ship-back document can be modified.   The default is:

 "S H I P P E R"

To change the header, enter it after the parameter:     SHPDOC'HEADER=   There is a 60 character maximum.
