e-Forms

We have added the capability to Profits Plus to print invoices and statements from your laser printer. Your company logo will print, along with other information, using plain paper with this option.  Some of the advantages to using the e-Forms package include:

• The ability to email reports, various documents, file masters, financial statements, etc... for easy storage of electronic records
• Cost savings from the reduction in paper, pre-printed forms, postage, envelopes, and labor
• Create .csv or .txt files that are easily manipulated in programs like Excel
• Able to search within documents. For example, looking for a specific customer on an aged trial balance, use the search function in a PDF reader (Adobe)
• Customize the frequency of statements and reprints of invoices to customers
• Immediately send invoices to customers if they don't have a copy of the invoice
• Customize the invoices and statements to include information pertinent to your customers
