MVS Alliance has a company account for Google Drive.

If you don't want to install GoogleDrive on your PC you can map a drive to \\neil-pc-7pro\c$\Users\Neil\Google Drive and that will get you access to the Applications and Tools and connections_rdp folders.
Limited Space
We are trying to avoid adding new folders to Google Drive. We only have the free 15GB of storage available. There is much more room (1TB) on our OneDrive account. Please add new files and folders to our OneDrive.
As of 8/25/2016 we keep the last 3 days of backups for the hosted 2008 client server on this Google Drive account. This takes about 8 GB of storage. Neil has to regularly go to the Google Drive website and delete the older backups from the trash folder or it will run out of storage in about 5 days.

The connections_rdp folder is shared with everyone in the MV office so it should already appear in your Windows explorer under C:\Users\username\Google Drive.
The \My Drive\Applications and Tools folder is shared with everyone but isn't sync'd with everyone. You can use your google drive app on your PC to pick just certain subfolders you want to sync with your PC. Other folders that you don't choose to sync can only be accessed by logging into www.google.com/drive (login: profitsplusmv@gmail.com) and downloading the files you want. This way we only keep one copy of the files on the Google server.
