Forms for W2's

Profits Plus supports the 8.5 x 11 form…both pin-feed and laser.

As an example, using McBee (www.mcbeeinc.com   1-800-662-2331):

Pin-feed form for W-2’s is TF7600-4, for 1099’s use TF7154-4 (the -4 represents 4 copies….check with for your state to determine the number of copies)

Laser form for W-2’s is TF5201 Laser W-2 , which is the ‘red’ copy required by the federal government.  For employee copies TF5202 or TF5203 can be used, again based on the number of copies your state requires.
