Maxene reporter default database is MaxeneReporter.accdb and requires the 32-bit version of Microsoft Access Database engine 2010. Only use the 2010 version. Later versions won't work.

After downloading the engine, you probably won't be able to install it just by clicking on the .exe file like normal driver downloads. This article explains why.

Open a dos command prompt as administrator.
Navigate to the folder where you have the AccessDatabaseEngine_2010_x32.exe file
Type the name of the file followed by /quiet: AccessDatabaseEngine2010_x32.exe /quiet
You won't see anything displayed in the dos window. You can verify it worked by going to conrol panel/programs and features and finding Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 in the list of installed programs.
