Closing a window using the button: Do not use the button on the title bar to close any Maxene Reporter window during a client session. Use the Close button inside the form instead, to do this. If the Close button on the taskbar is used to close all the windows opened during a session all the unsaved work done in that session is lost.
Session timeout: The session timeout period for Maxene Reporter is 3 hours. This means that after 3 hours of inactivity in a client session the server ends that session assuming that the client is disconnected. This results in all unsaved work in the aborted client session being lost.
Logging in twice with the same user name: If you try to login again using the same user name while another session with that name is still active on the server, Maxene Reporter would notify you that another session with the same user name already exists on the server and asks you whether that session be closed. You can start a new session only after the existing session on the server with the same user name is closed.
